Who we are

shotbygul is a portrait and commercial photography practice, offering portrait, editorial, wedding, product and event photography services. The Site is owned by Kankei Studio Limited.

Photographs. As a photography practice, images taken during a shoot may include your likeness. Where we intend to use images from your session on the Site, in our portfolio, or on social media, we'll seek your separate consent (for example, via a model release or booking agreement) before doing so. Why we process your data

Our priority is to collect only the minimum data necessary to run the Site and deliver our photography services. Device Information is used to spot potential abuse and to understand overall Site usage in aggregate; it is not used to identify you personally.

You can browse the Site without telling us who you are. If you want to use certain features — enquiring about a shoot, booking a session, or subscribing to a newsletter — you'll need to provide some personal data. If you'd rather not, that's fine, but you won't be able to use those specific features (for example, we won't be able to respond to a booking enquiry or send you the newsletter).
